Welcome to the Upper School!
At EBIA, students create solutions to real problems. And they do it together.
EBIA is a free public charter campus open to all students who apply. Our belief in equity means that a diverse population of students engage in a STEAM-focused education that includes AP courses, internships, free test-prep, and customized college/career preparation.
From tackling Oakland's environmental issues to creating business strategies that produces positive outcomes in today's social climates, EBIA students undergo a rigorous, project-based, and University of California aligned curriculum. By graduation, they have worked alongside stakeholders to address technological, social, and environmental issues, and presented solutions to our communities.
