This page is limited to materials EBIA must make directly accessible online under applicable law or EBIA’s current operative charter. Routine school policies and procedures that can be provided through the Student + Family Handbook are not listed separately here.
Developer Note
The current LCAP and Budget Overview for Parents must be prominently accessible from the homepage. The current Board meeting agenda must also have a direct link from the homepage. Do not place either item only inside Resources. All required web content and linked documents must meet applicable accessibility requirements.
Required Website Postings
Current LCAP + Budget Overview For Parents
Post the current board approved LCAP, including the Budget Overview for Parents, prominently on the homepage.
Current School Accountability Report Card (SARC)
Post the current SARC and update it annually.
Include the Title IX Coordinator’s name, telephone number, and email address; student rights; EBIA’s responsibilities; complaint procedures and timelines; required Title IX resources; and required sexual harassment and sex discrimination information.
Student Safety, Bullying + Harassment
Use one clearly organized landing page for required policies and resources addressing discrimination, harassment, intimidation, bullying, cyberbullying, social media bullying, statewide anti-bullying resources, applicable neurodiversity resources, and EBIA’s suicide prevention policy.
Employee-student Interaction Code Of Conduct Section
Provide public access to the required section governing employee interactions with pupils.
Post the current applicable SELPA Local Plan.
Charter School Complaint Notice + Form
Post the current charter school complaint notice and form with the required OUSD authorizer information.
Know Your Educational Rights: Immigration Enforcement
Post the California Attorney General’s current Know Your Educational Rights guide in every language provided by the Attorney General.
Post Board agendas in compliance with the Brown Act. Maintain a direct homepage link to the current agenda.
Ethics Training Records Request Instructions
In accordance with California Government Code requirements, East Bay Innovation Academy maintains records of required ethics training completed by applicable officials. These records include the date the training requirement was completed and the entity that provided the training.

When making a request, please identify the individual or position whose ethics training record you are requesting and, if known, the applicable time period.
Athletics Gender Equity Disclosure
Because EBIA offers competitive athletics, post the required annual data regarding enrollment by gender, athletics participation by gender, and boys’ and girls’ teams by sport and level of competition.
Education Protection Account Expenditure Accounting
Post the required accounting of Education Protection Account funds received and expended.
Proposition 28 Arts + Music Annual Report
Post the annual board approved Proposition 28 Arts and Music in Schools report required for LEAs receiving these funds. The school site expenditure plan and annual certification do not need to be posted.
While EBIA receives Title I, Part A funds, make the annual LEA report card and required state and local assessment transparency information publicly available on the website.
Required By EBIA’s Current Operative Charter
Board On Track Public Governance Archive
EBIA’s current charter commits to public website access to its Board on Track governance archive. Maintain public access to the records identified in the charter, including Board meeting minutes, Board packets, monthly check registers, facilities contracts, the collective bargaining agreement, and other key public documents.
EBIA’s current charter states that the annual performance report will be posted on the EBIA website for public viewing.
Enrollment + Lottery Information
When a public random drawing is required, EBIA’s current charter requires website publication of applicable lottery information and procedures, including rules, deadlines, dates, times, and related enrollment information.
Required Only If The Condition Applies
Integrated Pest Management Plan
Post the plan when the statutory pesticide use conditions requiring website publication apply.
Expanded Learning Opportunities Program Plan
Post the board approved ELO-P Program Plan if EBIA receives and operates under ELO-P requirements.
Hate Violence Prevention Policy
If EBIA maintains a hate violence prevention policy, post it as required by California Education Code section 234.6.
Required Beginning July 1, 2027
Off-campus Cyberbullying Policy
By July 1, 2027, post EBIA’s adopted or updated policy addressing qualifying cyberbullying that occurs outside school hours on the LEA website and school site website.
